*Long Post but worth the read*My husband purchased a 2018 Expedition Platinum for me from Integrity Autoplex a little over a month ago. After watching the market since January, we noticed the prices began to increase. Integrity Autoplex kept this vehicle at a reasonable price compared to other dealers within the 250 mile radius we were willing to travel. My husband made contact via text informing them we would be making the 2.5hr drive.We arrived and were immediately greeted by John and Caleb. They handed over the keys and let us go on a test drive. The vehicle was exactly what I wanted. Upon our return, I had a question about a sound I was hearing and they made sure someone listened to it and explained to me what it was. We were sold! No one gave the “pushy car salesman” vibe at all. Caleb was very helpful and professional, which made this a great experience. Even the 2 small dogs were friendly 😊I wanted to have the vehicle inspected at my Ford dealership to determine whether Integrity Autoplex were living up to their name. Finally, got into the Ford dealership and was told my vehicle is solid with no concerns and they confirmed what the person at Integrity said the sound was that I was hearing.Integrity Autoplex is definitely operating their business with INTEGRITY!!! I hope we get a chance to do business with Integrity Autoplex in the future and we will be recommending them to everyone we know!!

Back in 2019 I found the exact car I had been looking for and the team at Integrity had everything arranged for an easy purchase within 24 hours. They were very helpful in providing paperwork, carfax, and they were happy to let me take the car to my mechanic before purchase. Highly recommend Integrity if you’re in the market for a lightly used vehicle.
